USADA would never have pulled this S H IT. They would have just thrown the tests in the trash and the fight would have gone on.

Unless there is some process where the fighter can ask for the B sample to be tested and that is the reason for the delay results? So what if WMJ tested positive two weeks prior to the fight, would the fight then still go on?
