Why are people so dismissive of boxings lowest divisions?

I cant stand them. They never fight the best in thier weight class, they never call out other fighters, and most of them are just dull perosnalities. I CANT STAND them. There are a few guys who are small I like such as Inoye and though

Ill follow as low as Bantamweight. That's where my interest is willing to go. The rest just seem to small with no power behind their punches.
