Comments Thread For: Fielding: Canelo is a Big Challenge - But One I Look Forward To

As Rocky Fielding recalls, it was a Wednesday night when his trainer, Jamie Moore, called to let him know they had an opponent lined up for the first defence of his WBA 'regular' super-middleweight title. Moore only had to mention one word to let the champion know it was an opportunity simply too good to turn down Canelo.

Canelo will be too much for him.

Rocky has a trademark body shots and Canelo should be careful about that.

Rocky is gonna surprise us with how tough of a fight he gives Canelo. I'll be the first to admit I was wrong though if I am wrong tonight

He's good but you need to be better than good to beat Canelo

He's definitely a good fighter but alot of people consider him canon fodder due to Canelo's performance vs GGG and KOed by Callum Smith. But this is reminding me of Marquez vs Bradley in that after Marquez beat Pacquiao, most thought Bradley would be beat easy but he literally outboxed Marquez. Will Canelo lose? Most likely not but I got a feeling that it will be a very tough fight.

Will the height play a factor, has Rocky got any pop or power?

Although he isn't that fast, he's got power and height though.
