I'm not pining for it but I could get hyped about it if it were made. Both would be really motivated to win, could make for an interesting scrap ... a loss for either would be a nail in their career's coffin. Neither is top level at this point, but I think they're about on each other's level.

I get it, it's too much buildup and not enough people care that much. But it would be a 50/50 fight with two motivated fighters who've both been in interesting fights for a lot of reasons. I'm ignoring the feuding for now, when the fight gets made, gets a date, and we're a few weeks out I'll start paying attention.

I care to see Brook finally knock Amir out the way he deserves to. So i'm all for it. Yeah, the fight would have been hotter when Brook had the title. But it's still a good grudge match.

I would be interested in it but if it never happens I wouldn't be that sad. I don't like either of them lately because they both have been bragging their asses off while fighting easy cherry picks. I used to think Brook would surely KO Khan but Brook looked so bad in his last fight that maybe Khan can beat him now. I would still pick Brook by KO. I dislike Khan so much that I hope he takes the generous offer to fight Crawford for 5 million bucks just to watch Crawford slaughter him.

There is bad blood and there will be alot of hype. Its an interesting styles fight between two top 10 welters and the atmosphere in the UK will be huge. Im down!

Khan speech has slowed dramatically, and almost has a slur in it now. Hes a great speed fighter, but the Vargas fight shows hes the mick foley of boxing, he should take another halacious chair shot.

Brook literally cannot see. Two detached retinas, so why not make it a Hatrick. Should never taken the Ggg fight, his sole was taken that night. His latest fight his head was getting rocked back and again not SEEING shots coming.

Does anyone really care for it?
As another British boxing fan, I agree. Although the delusions of both amuse me, I actually think it’s embarrassing for British boxing that this is considered by some a mega fight.

Khan is clearly a spent force and Brook has never been a top level fighter. I certainly wouldn’t watch it.

Not really. For Brook...it's now become a money grab...as his fight desire has gone out the window. He is barely squeaking by these guys now hoping he makes it to Khan. On the other side as much as I don't like him...Khan doesn't seem to care much about the money side of things...he's just an A class troll who calls out a bunch of names to stay social media relevant. I'm sure every time Brook bites...Amir laughs himself to sleep...much like May and Pac used to do when Khan was actually semi relevant.

There's differing opinions on who'd win. So people want to know if the fight would play out like they think it will. It's competitive and a grudge match is added element.
Both past the point when they were considered at their best but that's neither here nor there, nobody really cares about that.
There still young guys and unless your in ring with them you'd not really know if they're as good as they once was

its not gone, but its reducing dramatically. Which makes him even more prone to the KO.

Sadly I think you have a point. This fight should have happened a few years ago. Now it's no longer that big a deal, both fighters are on the slide and it would be a final UK hurrah for the two of them. They'd stick it on PPV, talk up a great fight, push and shove eachother at press conferences, then stink the joint out and totally disappoint. I could live without it to be honest.
