Exactly his background was in boxing so why the phuk would Oscar worry about take downs or any other shyt. He never had the balls to step in a ring or cage so he huslted and robbed fighters.

He was run the phuk out of Boston because a real tough guy came by the boxing gym and started extorting him and then he ran and got the phuk out because of it.
