Status on the Charlo's "missed" VADA tests?

I believe they forgot to tell VADA they were going out of town for a PBC promotion. So how is it possible to skip a test when its random and you have no idea when it is. VADA could have easily went to their home or gym and they weren't there. Do you have to disclose to VADA every little thing you do and where you're at? Why didn't VADA fly over to where they were then after finding out?

They are obliged to inform the testers of their whereabouts...

Tests are “random” but if you look into notable examples of PED cheats they have methods of making sure the random tests are not completely unannounced.

I’m not trying to suggest the Charlo’s are PED cheats, I’m just pointing out the limitations that can be exploited in the testing system.

Why do posters create threads about drug tests for Haymon affiliated boxers if they miss or test positive but say nothing whenother manger/promoter boxers or justify when non Haymon affiliated guys test positive or don’t have any testing?

I was very critical of Canelo and Saunders too. The last time I checked they aren't Haymon affiliated. I was critical of Povetkin and Nery also.

Do you really believe every fighters notifies VADA about their whereabouts 24/7? If he knew about the test that's a different story but to miss a test that you had no idea was coming because you weren't home is pretty lame excuse to call someone a cheat.

Because the boxer has to give his whereabouts. A place and time where he can tested every day. That’s the whole idea.

Of course they do. That’s the whole point of VADA testing. How are VADA supposed to carry out random testing if they don’t know where the athletes are?
