A fighter of the year cannot be a guy who "won" one fight.

It needs to be a guy who did something huge or historic.

Usyk unified the division beating nothing but champions and former champions.

Most fighters of the year are given because of 1 fight. Fighters only fight 2 to 3 times a year.

i didnt even think fury won

i think a draw is fair

i can see how people are giving it to fury

we will never see someone come back from where fury was to perform like he did, that is exceptional

we WILL see someone become undisputed champion again and beat a old fighter who was only hyped because he came off beating a one-legged man twice

exceptional comeback from what he came back from, almost committed suicide

usyk beat a gassiev who struggled against an old lebedev, and briedis who just struggled vs gevor, and a tired bellew who he lost rounds to

so what it was for a tournament prize in wbss, people get blinded by these titles and trophies

The Tyson Fury who weighed 50 pounds over Wilder, who was dropped twice by him, and who used his size and weight advantage to survive the fight? That Tyson Fury? Nah, he deserves a bravo for his performance, and nothing more.

Who should have gotten it instead?
