Here we ago again with all this talk about Brook facing these guys when the Khan fight seems out of reach. We know it's all talk and Brook won't be facing no Hurd or any top fighter, Brook will be fighting another can. If anything, Hearn will make Brook vs Jessie Vargas on DAZN.

So when did Hurd rise to god status? Is there something I'm missing here? Kell Brook definitely can beat Hurd. I'm not saying he will, but he definitely has the ability to. Harrison outxboxed Hurd. Trout Outboxed Hurd. Lara Outboxed Hurd. The only thing Hurd has going is an iron chin and constant pressure.
If Kell can box anywhere near he did against Porter, I can see him putting a beating on Hurd. The only question I have is if his face will hold up or if he will gas afted 6 rounds. If he does, then all bets are off...

Beating on Hurd? Brook didn't even put a beating on Porter. He hit and clinched his way to beating Porter. Hurd has proven way more than Brook ever has and ever will. Brook fought nothing but euro bums for 10 years, barely beat Porter and got smashed by both Spence and GGG. Don't know how Brook became some elite fighter, could be that Brits consider him an elite fighter for beating bums, but if he was american he would be considered a bum.
