I think Hearn is going too hard at that. Hes only looking at numbers and if you only look at the numbers compared to the sports supertars then they are not exactly dazzling. I thought everything was priced too high but forgetting ticket prices the real money is in the PPV and although it didnt do dazzling numbers it was priced high enough to rake in some good money, it was a gamble at that price with such a poor undercard but i think it paid off for them and the poor undercard was soon forgotten the main event was spectacular.
Their dream outcome, which they have fallen way short on, was clearly to try match Joshua in terms of income, Obviously for a bigger split but i feel Finkel wants to make a play on control of this fight. He wants to be making them an offer which he controls. Just a gut feeling. But thats why he has been holding off, he wants control and he wants it to happen in America.
