I think AJ KOs Wilder easier when Wilder weighs 245 than he does when Wilder weighs 215. Wilder is already very muscular and he already lifts weights. What is 30 pounds of new muscle on his already muscular body supposed to do for him if it's even possible for him to add that much muscle? I think it's way to much muscle and it tightens him up, slows down his punches and decreases his punching power, overall speed and stamina. If the 30 pound weight gain is mostly fat how does that help him? Wilder is a proven KO specialist at 210 to 220 pounds so why change what's working. Wilder gaining a few points and coming in about 228 might help him but not going up to 245. When AJ bulked up to 250 plus pounds it didn't work well for him so he went back down to 240. This is boxing not body building and too much muscle is not good.
