That was a really emotional good-bye at the start...it touched me deep. Thx for posting that...I'd green you if I could but will have to wait. I didn't see the fight last night but this is why I wanted to see it. Geezz...seeing how much older Lampley looked reminded me how much older I must be.

Now I feel bad HBO boxing is gone even though the HBO bias was really getting to me.

What’s worse that was the one network that could’ve forced the top guys to fight each other.

Shame, an end of an era. I used to get chills back in the day seeing the HBO logo and hearing the music.

I've never cared about networks, but I know a lot of boxing fans were hoping for HBO or Showtime to die, so why all this crying for here? You get what you want

Wow, took me back to all the great fights witnessed on the network. But like everything else, things have a beginning and an end. And so it's on to other platforms now.
