Yes he is.
He did step of the peddle for a cpl of rounds though and Dogboe did take advantage of that.
If he had of kept up his punching output for all of the fight I think he would of gotten a K/O or TKO.

Real nice comprehensive effort from Navarette - no way there was going to be any funny business with the cards, once he got started he was very effective, and then he was able to take a break in there and get right back on it. Great win
