I have to give Oscar alot of respect for not being a ***** tonight like alot of peeople suspected and fighting Hopkins. He kept coming forward with flurries and was not intimidated at all.

Its great to see that and I like Oscar so much more for doing that. He was sportsmanlike after the fight and he knew he got caught. It wasnt a mistkae by DLH getting caught with that punch it was just an amazingly timed punch by Hopkins.

HAHAHAHA Can someone post on here who knows something about boxing. Those liver shots are devastating and anybody who boxes whos been hit by one knows what I'm talking about.

funny thing is ive been boxing since i was 13 and never have i been down by a "slow" body punch like that.

Yeah and I'm pretty sure you've never fought anybody like Bernard Hopkins. That punch was precisely landed in a spot that freezes your legs up. Doctors say your legs actually go paralyed for 10-20 seconds. It is said to be one of the worst pains ever.

Look big mouth dlh fought a great fight and was crouching when he was hit with that punch. He has been hit hard before and never gone down it just hit him right and by a very strong puncher. U say u have been boxing since u are 13 than u are either full of **** or just ranting about nothing. I am an amatuer boxer and i have no yet lost but i know what it feels like to take a shot under the ribs. No one cares about your whinning everyone else paid the same amount and i personally thought it was a great (tactical) fight up until the end. If u think all fights are just brawls and big power shots u are not a boxer. (at least not a real one)

Weak Body Shot???

I seriously doubt DLH went down from a slow, weak body shot, especially from Hopkins... And as far as body shots not taking people down or whatever you mentioned "bigsmoothh", ever seen any Ricky Hatton fights??? His shots and placement are brutal... Well placed body shots will leave ppl in agony...

i know exactly what you mean "ebrady" ive had the chance to take a couple. the dlh liver shot looked too slow for me though, but thats just my opinion. i wanted hopkins to win by a real ko. peace.
