loma vs easter would be a nice matchup to see how he does against a tall top level young former champion in his prime.

Another one of Top Rank's scam fights. Pedraza clearly was paid off, and showed up just to collect his pay check. The fix was in. Thru the entire fight, ESPN showed not 1 replay of Pedraza landing a punch even though Loma eyes were noticeably bruised, Tank Davis and Mickey would definitely beat Loma. And Pac would put him to sleep and I'm not even a Pac fan.Last edited by Goodtry; 12-09-2018, 11:34 AM.Comment

I wasn't impressed with Lomachenko's performance. Pedraza was a tricky fighter for HIM but the fight shouldn't have gone this way. The 11th was the only dominant round for Lomachenko and it all started with an uppercut I believe. Pedraza wasn't hurt but he took a lot of shots. Without that round this was very basic performance from Lomachenko. He didn't look like the P4P "king" ESPN was making him out to be.
Lomachenko is still vulnerable to body shots. Go watch the Salido fight. He was constantly hit to the body and it definitely affected him. Pedraza hit him to the body quite often but not enough to make a real difference.
Bradley also pointed out how Lomachenko leans to the right. It looks like his head movement is the same throughout. His head always end up in the same position. Someone will capitalize on that eventually.
That's 2 fights in a row Lomachenko didn't look all that great.
I'm still a fan btw.Comment

Well...
Loma could have came back and taken on a soft touch after surgery and after taking the longest break from boxing in his life. He woulda whooped him hard and then people would be happier?
He came back from surgery to fight a CHAMPION and to unify yet people aren't impressed.
I think he did well, he beat Pedraza up, and unified.
I guess he's set the bar so high, the hype is big that people have some wild expectations every time he comes out.
I think Loma will give us a lot more fights in years to come, it will be something different each time.Comment

Lmfao!!! I didn’t catch that. But I haven’t paid attention to compubox in ages. The whole show was bias against predaza. Except Ward and Bradley. Everything else in the telecast is as horrid. I’ll be passing on espn forthwith.Last edited by Don Pichardo; 12-09-2018, 12:18 PM.Comment
