This was a case of Pedraza doing better than most ppl thought and Loma doing less than what people expect of him.

Loma won clear and convincingly regardless. This is only his 2nd fight @ a higher weight, both opponents being clearly bigger than him, he's coming off surgery & a layoff.

Boxing fans are so fickle it's sad.

Destroyed A paper champion & yet again as in countless fights before a fighter who has been destroyed far worse, I have no problem that loma faced him but everyone knew he had zero chance as in all loma fights he fights fighters with multiple losses, kos, inactivity etc. & people eat it up as the next coming of Ali, don't believe me:

          Dm headline:
Meet Vasiliy Lomachenko, the 'best since Muhammad Ali' with an insane training regime including juggling and horse riding who has shredded the record books in just 12 fights... and he could become the greatest boxer EVER

EXCLUSIVE: Vasiliy Lomachenko has been compared to the greatest of all time. His skills in the ring have bamboozled opponents and delighted pundits. Now he's aiming to be the greatest ever.

This exemplifies the average loma fanboi right here. Pure ******ity with some great white hope thrown in.

Yet your ass was saying rocky feilding is a cherrypick for Canelo despite pedraza being far worse of a cherry & despite Canelo fighting him 3 mos after ggg. Oh the Irony

actually, I said "Fielding is a soft touch, and Canelo deserves it after his last handful of fights." I was never critical of it at all. I'm only critical of people calling it a WBA world title fight.

EDIT - I also said (before the fight was finalized) That I would be surprised if Canelo would even be cleared to fight again so soon. Another reason I wasn't critical of him fighting Fielding.

I agree. Someone just posted on this thread that they were still not sold on Tank Davis yet Davis stopped this bum Pedraza in 7. I'm still trying to configure out their logic.

I apologise if I was wrong,I just remember almost everyone on here acting as if Canelo was dragging up another kahn to mw which I find funny because of how much bigger fielding is & how so many other fighters are facing worse at an older age & without near as many names on resume.

Lomas a very skillful fighter no doubt but he still has a lot to prove despite him being already coronated as an atg when mikeys resume is far better & hes not referred to as anything near loma 4 some reason.

Naw, that wasn't me. I may have used the word "cherrypick" but I used it in the sense that he was cherrypicking a WBA trinket. And again, I don't blame Canelo for that. WBA needs to figure their **** out and stop making world titles watered down.
