Comments Thread For: Vijender Singh Looks Forward To Working With Roach, U.S. Debut

A debut at the Madison Square Garden and a showdown with Mexican superstar Canelo Alvarez are at the top of Vijender Singh's wishlist as he ventures into the United States scene with Manny Pacquiao's coach Freddie Roach to assist his training. The 33-year-old, an icon in Indian boxing with his path-breaking bronze medals at the Olympics and the world championships, is unbeaten since turning pro in 2015 but did not compete at all this year.

Bob wants to crack the Indian market. I wouldn't say he is backing a donkey but I haven't seen much in Vijender to suggest anyone will be hiding from him, and I've been watching him from his amateur days. Not much has changed, tbh.

And he's likely to be visiting Vijender in a hospital if he puts him in with guys above C level.
