Where we're all the Wilder lost people when Canelo lost the first fight to GGG I firmly believe the rematch is going to be epic either way both are better than Anthony also Wilder is right Mayweather doesn't want no one else to shine which is why he trys to take the moment away from other boxers like talking about a comeback vs pacquiao during the Canelo GGG fight. Floyd dissed Ward because he let Ward use his gym then Andre turned around and picked Guerrero to beat him.

Perhaps Floyd left disgusted because that draw means he lost at the casino

But truth be told, he didn't say anything so bad. He thought Wilder lost the first 5 rounds. That's not out of the realm of possibility. Seems like a lot of these younger guys just want Floyd to give them some encouragement as young Americans, and that's the big beef. Plus they don't really know how to take criticism. It's not Mayweather's job to encourage these guys, and Mayweather didn't say anything that Wilder didn't say about himself after the fight (other than about him losing the first 5 rounds). That he was just looking for the right all night.

I mean, I get it. They want him to say something positive or not say anything at all. But in this particular case, I don't think his comments were malicious or overly negative. Maybe just honest.

Hopefully he reaches out to Wilder and they can have a private convo, but no one should fault him if he doesn't.

Anybody who picked Guerrero to beat Floyd was either hating or high. He never gave a dàmn about Guerrero until he fought Floyd and he never mentioned RG afterwards that wasn’t the only jab Ward threw either
