Comments Thread For: Parker's Coach Expects More Fireworks From Whyte-Chisora II

On December 22nd, Dillian Whyte and Dereck Chisora will renew acquaintances. The two heavyweight sluggers battled it out in 2016 in an exciting scrap that won many publications Fight of the Year honors. Whyte edged it out with a split decision victory.

Parker won't get another shot at Whyte so soon after their previous fight, there's no point - but maybe Chisora would be up for it. That's regardless of who wins Whyte-Chisora.
He seems to be angling for another fight in the UK, so why not have Parker vs Chisora/Povetkin/Usyk on the undercard for the April PPV at Wembley?

Not sure what a Parker fight does for Whyte if he wins. I could see Chisora taking it if the moneys right as he always alludes to.

Is Parker's team still talking? At all? They need to go back to New Zealand and get back on those Burger King cards and win a couple before opening their mouths to comment on anything. Parker is a gatekeeper at best and he lacks aggression. He will never get a title shot again. And I'm happy for that because he never showed up in the big fights that he was in.

Unfinished business with whyte, illegal heads butt knock down, and whyte still finished the fight on his back half dead.

No fight makes more sense than parker rematch.

He'll clearly fight AJ next if it's available but no one except Eddie wants to see that mismatch again.

That's from your POV, and mine cos I agree but for Whyte, why would he want to do it again when after he likely beats Chisora he gets his massive payday against AJ.

By the way, I think that AJ and Whyte is a trash fight, I don't rate Whyte and think AJ beats him again.

For sure, Money fight against AJ trumps everything.

But after losing to AJ, Parker should be next fight for Whyte. It will be a great grudge match.

Wouldnt suprise me if Chisora beats him this time. in which case he can fight parker straight away.

If ***** whyte can get a 2nd title shot, because he beat a bum like Lucas Browne, then Parker who is a far superior and younger boxer, definitely can.

Lucas Browne is so rubbish he cant even get a job as a bouncer any more because hes too old and fat.
