Actually, it is in the rules, that you have to dominate to win a fight when you are knocked down twice. That is a total of 20-16 for two rounds. That means you have to win 8 of the other 10 rounds to win. Winning 8 out of 10 rounds is dominating. Fury didn't do that, which even you seem to admit.

It really is in the rules. Interesting that you comment on boxing yet do not know the rules. Guess you're just another
You quite sure you watched the same fight as everyone else? Fury landed effective punches in pretty much every round, even if there weren't all that many of 'em... and for aggression to be rewarded it needs to be effective aggression. Wilder was trying, sure, but he was either missing or being stopped in his tracks before he could get going and forced to reset.

I dont know what everyones losing there **** for . Its far from the most contentious boxing decision .
GGG outpunched Canelo by about 80 no knockdowns and its scored a draw
Fury outpunched Wilder by 13 and got flattened twice .

Calm your ******* and enjoy the rematch

I don’t expect them to do anything. Why? Because they have a mando to please or they get sued according to Sulaiman. And both fighter didn’t lose on Saturday. Both would have to decide to do a rematch and I don’t think they would. I could see them fighting someone else less known or cashing out against Joshua.

Dom will take step aside money. He has a fight coming up in a few weeks, and makes more stepping aside for big fights than he would fighting Wilder.

“Landed the more effective punches” is not part
Of the scoring criteria, at least not officially. It’s a phrase commonly thrown around to justify a bogus decision tho. when scoring in favor of the fighter who lost just say he landed the more effective punches. In this case lots of people mention that it was wilder being the aggressor, comin foreword, etc. so what? effective aggression matters. So if someone walks forward and misses against a defensive fighter then it counts against them. sometimes it was effective, and sometimes it wasn’t. Duh.

it’s clean punches landed, defense, effective aggression and ring generalship.

fury took most of these rounds on all 4 criteria.

Your opening statement makes zero sense. I think you should re-read your post. I am curious to know how you distinguish between "clean punches landed" and "landed the more effective punches"?!?!?!?!?

                    Yea.
That same WBC that took a blind eye for Canelo, & Jose Ramirez.

Charlo, & Prograis will be Interim champs forever.

Horrible business, by a horrible sanction body, that only cares about fees.

For those of you complaining about the decision. Fury won the most rounds, but could have been stopped. He got dropped twice and survived. His corner visibly celebrated the decision of the draw when it was announced. Both most importantly, the heavyweight division is back. I can’t wait to see the rematch between them. AJ can wait. Afterward, we can get a unification bout. There is still Miller, Ortiz, Whyte, Parker sitting right outside of the trifecta. We should have some great fights. I believe Fury should have lost, but if he did, there would only be one interesting fight left in the division.
