Nope, rounds are scored on effective aggression and the main criteria is clean, effective punching. Wilder was the aggressor the entire fight and Fury landed exactly one clean, effective punch.

Actually, it is in the rules, that you have to dominate to win a fight when you are knocked down twice. That is a total of 20-16 for two rounds. That means you have to win 8 of the other 10 rounds to win. Winning 8 out of 10 rounds is dominating. Fury didn't do that, which even you seem to admit.
