I guess Robert Easter Isn't gonna make this card. So the remaining spot will be one of Pacs fighters.

    Pac-Broner
    Jack-Browne
    Warren-Oubaali

Definitely not a joke. Solid card, especially the Jack/Browne and Warren/Oubaali fights.

Jack is good but who has Browne really fought??
Warren and Oubaali is decent but the main event is whack!
It's an entertaining fight if it was on free Showtime but ppv???
C'mon man, who you trying to kid??!
Pacquiao is washed up and Broner is a nobody!

Jack vs Browne as an UC is definitely solid.

Pacman is washed up? Well, then that should make a competitive scrap no? And btw, I don't think he is washed up at all. In peak form? Of course not, but can compete with some of the top WWs minus a select few.....Which doesn't include Broner.

The thing is this... Pacquiao isn't even a top 5 welterweight anymore and the belt he has is a joke! Thurman is the real WBA Welterweight champion so I just don't see the point of making this fight ppv. Pacquiao is a legend and a half of famer but he loses to any of the top 5 welterweights. And Broner is a big mouth clown who loses to the top ten welterweights..
But I understand they are both draws so more power to them if they can get people to pay a ppv fee to watch them fight.
I won't be one of them though.

Definitely your right not to purchase the PPV. Never said this was a must buy or anything, just that it's not a garbage card by any means.
