That's dope Wilder is open to going to the UK!! That's awesome. If the AJ fight doesn't happen which I'm thinking it won't it should go to the UK.

But, it behooves both to continue being allies from a business standpoint (they've been friends quite along time, that part about him and Wilder talking often during Fury's troubles is 100% true).
This last fight was done basically 50/50 and you can expect similar whenever Wilder and Fury deal with each other. They are very congenial with each other, the fight will not be at all hard to make just like the first one.

Should be a massive UK stadium fight. No chance this is an arena fight anymore, the fight was a viral hit online after what happened during and after. It will be a sell out and do massive PPV buys in the UK. Probably 1.2 million+ maybe even more.Last edited by Cobra_; 12-03-2018, 05:46 PM.

Let's face it Fury was always going to have to rematch Wilder, the clause was there, even though he got royally ripped off, might as well do it again, hope the Gypsy King does it easier next time.

you realize that money is all that matters right?
you understand that chavez/canelo did the same gate as wlad/AJ right? filling up more seats doesnt equate to more money
if they did this in vegas they could charge and arm and a leg....and it would probably make more money than filling up 80k soccer stadium

My gut is that Fury/Joshua gets made. Although Joshua remains the bookie favourite vs Wilder, Hearn doesn't want to make it because of the risk of Joshua getting KOed, which is the only way he loses (and leaves Joshua in no mans land). The bookies actually give Fury a better chance of beating Joshua, and the odds are getting close to 50/50, although Joshua remains the slight favourite. Reason Hearn might prefer it is that if Joshua loses, its more likely to be close, on points, and more likely to have rematch all over it.
Wouldn't surprise me if Hearn went straight to 50/50 for Fury/Joshua to get it made - he knows he can count on Fury to do more than his fair share of selling the fight - aka full stadium with higher ticket prices, and potential to increase the normal price rate in the UK too - financially it could make enough sense that Hearn/Warren go into bromance mode.

I've heard this before. Didn't want $15 mil guaranteed for Joshua in the UK but settled for $4 mil for Fury. Shocker. And got his exposed and got a boxing lesson.
