I don't think Andre Ward gets to decide if there is a rematch. Wilder's manager just said the rematch is huge so they clearly are thinking about it.

Fury is in a great spot he can fight Joshua next and even if he loses the Wilder rematch will always be there for him. The real loser this weekend was Joshua. Fury agreeing to fight Wilder and in the US makes Joshua look bad. Fury still lineal everyone thinks the won the fight and then he just phuking abused Joshua in his post fight interview challenging his manhood. Joshua/Wilder is dead at least for the time being and Joshua has to fight Fury if he doesn't want to continue looking like a joke.

Fury won easily so a re-match isn't that interesting but if it makes financial sense and say can be in England or something then why not?

It won't be an interesting fight though because Fury will be less rusty, in better shape and better prepared so he'll win even easier.

This was actually the worst case scenario for Joshua. Before the fight they were hoping Wilder won but the economics of the fight were bad so that they could make Joshua/Wilder on their terms and have all the leverage. Well instead of talking about how much money the fight made or didn't make we are talking about a potential rematch that makes more money, Fury punking Johsua, and Joshua now looking like the 3rd place man at Heavyweight. Even if Joshua threw tons of money at Wilder and he beats Wilder everyone will say who cares Fury already beat Wilder and he's the lineal champ.

Joshua has to beat Fury or has to hope Wilder rematches and beats Fury and then he beats Wilder but however long that drags on he looks like a phuking joke in the process. Only road to redemption is to out bid Wilder and beat Fury. Or sit back and look like a bytch for the next year. Here is another scenario let's say Joshua doesn't step up and the Wilder/Fury rematch is made and Wilder slightly wins or it's another controversial ending. Then you have Wilder/Fury 3 for even more money leaving Joshua twisting in the wind. And if Wilder does beat Fury in a rematch or in a 3rd fight he's now a superstar who commands more leverage and money when he does fight Joshua. He will dictate terms over Joshua.

The real loser this weekend was Joshua

Deontay Wilder and his people practice dark voodoo magic. He said as much during the Face Off style thing sitting round a table with Tyson Fury and John Rawling. Think seeing Tyson rise from the shadow world in the 12th round, and hear him speak so freely about his close relationship with God and Jesus Christ will spook Wilder more than anything. And yes I'm being serious. Tyson Fury is a Godly, holy man. Wilder basically said that dark spirits speak to him and he has different beings living inside him. That is some satanic/possessed chit. This was a battle of Good vs. Evil, and Evil got a serious schooling and had to steal a result. No way Wilder will want a second round of this.

                    The OP is nonsense.

It's still called prizefighting...and a rematch, particularly one in Vegas, is as big a fight as there is in the sport.

Yep, a second Fury vs Wilder fight in Vegas is now arguably bigger than a fight in Britain with AJ vs Wilder or AJ vs Fury, at least financially.

I also think Wilder realizes some of the mistakes he made the first time around and will do better in a rematch.

Fury can improve some by getting in even better shape, but really that is about as sharp as he has ever been in a ring.

Hearn may decide to lowball both men again to avoid a fight with either.
