Honestly, I see Deontay Wilder taking a few easy fights first. This was a complete wakeup call, and right now he must be facing the truth and it is hurting him. His self image must have taken a hard blow - So do you think he will make a Carl Froch and fight the biggest challenge right after a disastrous fight?
Will Deontay Wilder fight Fury next?

Suits them both to not fight each other next both have enough hype from this to fight a weaker opponent wait and see what Joshua does while keeping this fight in the back pocket helps any negotiation -

Im sure Wilder wants it, he will see it as unfinished business and he knew he lost his body language after the fight said it all. Finkel and DiBella on the other hand are the ones behind his protected career, this cherrypick went very wrong and he **** his pants ringside as he realized Fury had fooled them all and was plenty ready to school Wilder. They will be far too scared to make this fight and if im wrong on that they will do everything in their power to make this fight happen in America where they can cheat.Comment

Yes, I think they will rematch next. The WBC has to do something with the Breazeale situation but the rematch is going to do HUGE business. By all accounts, looks like this PPV was solid and not only has Fury become a name in the states, but the fight itself delivered. You are hearing more and more people say they want the rematch over the Joshua fight. If the rematch can do close to a million PPV buys, then you are looking at both guys making at the very least $25-30 million a piece.
I guess it also comes down to the Joshua situation. I think Hearn will be willing to give in more to secure the Wilder fight, but I don't know how likely that is.Comment

I think both guys are too proud to simply settle for the draw, both believe they won the fight, both probably want to set it right. Making the fight to begin with seemed pretty easy and it probably made decent money for everyone involved, and it'll be in demand because it was an exciting fight. Unless Hearn steps in and makes an insanely good offer for either guy to fight Joshua (not likely) then I don't see a way in which it can't be next.Comment

They're both each others kryptonite. Stay away from each other, one of them fights AJ. Then we rematch.Comment

I think Wilder will give him an immediate rematch while it's hot but he won't risk fighting Fury in England. Wilder got his ass kicked if even only by a small amount. He lost his scary image to a certain extent and the best way to get it back is to KO Fury. Wilder is 33 years old so waiting a long time to fight Fury again will probably lessen his chances of winning. Wilder needs to get moving to achieve his goals. His dream of beating Mayweather's record of 50 and 0 is gone now. Fury should be better next time and will probably get the official win if they rematch next or latter.Comment
