I always thought it was weird that a trainer could vote for his own fighter in a p4p vote...

Outside of that, Gvozdyk will lose the belt the second he faces a fighter that isn’t 41 and dead.

Jack and Bivol strip him easily of the title.

What do you smoke dude? Jack could not give a **** against Stevenson and Gvoz*** made him look poor despite excellent condition of Stevenson who hasn't lost for 8 years in a raw. Gvoz*** gonna dismantle Bivol and Kovalev in one night, with each fight he only becomes stronger like Usyk and Loma. stop telling bull**** cause Gvoz*** is for real

First off, SALUTE to Teddy Atlas! SALUTE to Gvozdyk! excellent performance! However, I would like Teddy to tell us "who comes off the Top 10?" I can't see one!

"ESPN’s current Top 10 is, Nos. 1-through-10, in order Vasyl Lomachenko, Terence Crawford, Canelo Alvarez, Gennady Golovkin, Errol Spence, Mikey Garcia, Naoya Inoue, Srisaket Sor Rungvisai, Oleksandr Usyk and Anthony Joshua."

You know things are good for the sport when 4 of the 10 fight each other! Srisaket Sor Runvisai vs. Naoya Inoue! MAN UP!

          June 25, 2018:

Naoya Inoue Vs. Srisaket Sor Rungvisai: A Super-Fight Between Two Little Guys That Could Be Huge

It’s a potentially huge fight between two of the sport’s little guys and, with luck (and plenty of work from the respective promoters, etc) it could happen: Naoya Inoue, the reigning and unbeaten WBA bantamweight champion, against Srisaket Sor Rungvisai, the reigning WBC super-fight-flyweight champ. Who wouldn’t want to see this one...

“Monster” Inoue is a terrific fighting machine, the 25 year old seemingly without weakness. Rungvisai, 45-4-1(40) is a relentless punching machine with seemingly limitless stamina and toughness. Put them together and you have a guaranteed epic, an explosion of greatness. Would Japan’s Inoue, 16-0(14) have too much power for Rungvisai, as he has had for every other fighter he has thus far met, or would the six years older man prove too teak-tough and too strong for the man who has had less than half as many pro fights as he had engaged in?

I don’t know about you, but I’d pay good money to get an answer. For so many years, the little guys, the little warriors of the sport, have taken a back seat to the heavyweights, middleweights and welterweights. This is unlikely to change, but for one night only the world’s fan attention would be firmly on the 118 pound division – if these two fought.

Not sure about that Atlas, it was a solid win and IMO an upset cuz I sincerely thought that Gvozdyk was gonna get brutally knocked out by the first flush left hand Stevenson landed but not only he took that type of shot but he took plenty of them all nite but just one rocked and dropped him(ropes saved him from falling down)!

He obviously is the man that beat the man but technically Alvarez is the guy since Kovalev was king at 175 before the Ward fights and was still considered at the top post Ward fights!

It’s between Alvarez and Gvozdyk for me!

Tyson Fury needs to be put on there, what he did Saturday night has never been done before in boxing and it was taken away by corrupt judges?!

Never seen a fighter do the damage to themselves mentally, physically and spiritually the way Fury has done for 3 years and come back to beat a prime undefeated champion KO artist and to be knocked out cold and still manage to get up an beat the count within mere seconds!

            1. Crawford
            2. Loma
            3. Usyk
            4. Canelo
            5. SSR
            6. GGG
            7. M.Garcia
            8. ?
            9.Hurd
            10. Fury

I think once there is a unification at 175 we can talk about putting one of them on the list, but I wouldn't put Gvozdyk there now.

He's answered some chin questions (in that he can take a shot), everyone already knew that he's one of the biggets hitters in the division and even up (Usyk said the hardest he's been punched was by Gvozdyk) but he still doesnt move his head and goes to high guard too much for a p4p type of fighter.

If he unifies some titles and learns to move his head he could potentially be a top 10 p4p fighter.

l0m0 at #1 is a joke & Triple L does NOT belong on the top ten. Teddy lost it since FNF was called off.

He has a case for being in the top 10 towards the bottom but he still needs another big fight or two. A unification fight should seal the deal whether it's vs. Beterbiev, Bivol or Alvarez. He'd likely beat any of them but I still want to see any of them.

Badou Jack would be a great fight too. Jack deserved the "W" in basically all the fights he got "draws" in but would have a hard time keeping up with Gvozdyk all night.
