    Wilder The Worst Heavyweight ?

Going through his resume was there a worse champion with a legit title reign ?

His last two opponents he had controversial wins . One was late 40's and he was saved by the bell the other was 50% and was robbed.

Don't know what to make of him , he seems tough but it's almost a comedy show.

He actually could be alot better but he has said on many occasions what he does has worked so he aint changing. It could be too late in the game to shore all his technical holes up now.

I agree that Wilder is nothing special with no great wins and deserved to lose to Fury who other than old well past prime Wlad also has no great wins. I don't agree that Ortiz is in his late 40s as you and many others say. Ortiz is safely out of Cuba and nobody will take away his boxing license or send him back to Cuba. He has no reason to lie about his age and he says he is 39 years old. I think he is 39 years old just as he says he is.

I think Ruiz was even more awful and the Windmill of Doom stops Ruiz.

His own trainer said he's 50 and has no issue about his age even if he went on to say he's 39 on the boxing voice , he slipped up.

I wish he went the Marcos Maidana route and added something to his game. It would make a big diffrence.

It depends on how you measure Wilder. Is he a great boxer? No, but he does have enough variation in his game to land that big right hand. His power in that hand plus his ability to survive until he does land it puts him in the top 5 currently. If you take away that Right hand I don't know where he would be but in the current crop of heavies he's top 3. So maybe it depends on how you judge this era compared to the past.
