Normally, that's the look of a man who lost but got away with something. Just sayin.

Well, it's certainly a creative way to double the payday with a forced rematch.

They should have given the win to fury. I mean a rematch can still be marketable if the right winner won. They’re looking for short term benefits for the sport, instead of it’s long term reputation. This technique, albeit earns you a lot the 2nd time, is self destructive imo.

A lot of closer fights happened that didn’t end up in a draw, yet they lose the balls to do it come big fights. And wilder ain’t even a mega star. That speaks volumes already.

When I saw the announcement at the time if looked like wilder had an side smile with an eye roll at the decision. Then he embraced Fury and whispered something in his ear. Likely about the rematch.

He didn’t look thrilled to me.

Of course. You know when you have won and lost, deep down, you know. Any truly honest fighter will tell you that, but most won't ever say it.

Any honest person on here that's had fights will tell you.

I had some junior amateur fights as a teenager that i got a decision and deep down i knew i didn't win. I also got robbed of fights that i knew i won.

You can put on an act to save face but in your own mind you know the truth in these situations, unless you're delusional to the point of crazy,

Sorry, but that’s why there are judges. Fighters in the middle of a fight will be their own harshest critics. You may be overrating what the other person did and underestimating what you did. You may feel hurt by punches and feel the other guy with his poker face is better than you but someone on the outside sees it better.
