  • Andre Ward: Wilder Won't Fight Fury After That Loss, Fury vs AJ is Now The Biggest

Andre Ward thinks Wilder was humiliated so bad that he won't even take a rematch with Fury.. Ward now believes the biggest fight at heavyweight is AJ vs Further as Wilder's stock has dropped.

Wilder should concentrate on getting to 51 and 0 fighting guys like Breazeale and Stiverne 3 maybe he isn't cut out to hang with the likes of AJ, Fury and even Whyte will embarrass him.

Shakur Stevenson is the latest boxer to come out and express how Wilder was gifted a draw in a fight he clearly lost.

There is definitely zero chance they ever put him in the Fury again. He was completely dismantled and humiliated.

Cherry pick gone wrong. I bet that 15 mill flat fee is looking real good right now. If he wasn't such a baby he could have negotiated more.

Funny again now you guys wanna take wards words for truth. But vs kovalev Ward was a liar and a fraud

He fought Ortiz and fury back to back and you idiots still think he’s afraid of a challenge?

Wilder’s next move would be telling. Don’t be surprised if the WBC now call for his mandatory Breazeale. If that happens I wish Fury takes one more fight and then fight AJ after that.

Actually no. If this fight did over 300k buys, he is set to make $15 million anyways. And in a rematch with Fury? You could double that amount.

And his name in the UK is bigger than ever. Wilder's stock didn't drop with the draw. Maybe it didn't go up, but he proved he is still a hellacious puncher who has a chance regardless of how bad he is losing. The fight against Joshua in April would be MASSIVE regardless and he definitely wouldn't settle for a flat fee. Hearn quite frankly wouldn't offer him a flat fee anymore anyways.

Most British people and British TV commentary had Ward winning in Kovalev fights so dint know what you're talking about. Ward was sky's P4P number 1 ever since Mayweather retired.

Instead of saying others are changing thier stance on what Ward says.. Why don't you agree with him? I when he fought Kovalev you guys backed him against haters but now that he isn't feeding your narrative you wana say Ward doesn't know what he's talking about.

Lest not forget he took Ortiz fresh out of high blood pressure illness. Fury out of depression, obesity and drug addiction. Fury should have been a walk in the park after all he isn't known for his power and ppl say he has a weak chin.. But he took Wilder's best shot and spring up! And he hurt Wilder multiple times.. This wasn't supposed to heppen!

Problem though, is that Fury shouldn't have been a challenge. Wilder being fresh off Ortiz meant that he should have blown Fury out in max 4 rounds.

This guy was coming off a HUGE layoff, drug abuse, obesity, mental illness, etc. Looked like trash against Pianeta, Seferi took a dive...and in neither fight did Fury look impressive.

He didn't really look impressive tonight either, he just went super defensive like he promised. Which is fine, but Wilder has taken out guys who went super defensive with ease. So why all of a sudden could he not get Fury out of there?

The whole fight was weird. Nothing felt right about it. Wilder didn't look like he was even trying to win, Fury didn't look like he was trying to win.

Then you have Fury with his mysterious response to the question about a rematch clause.

If I was cynical I'd swear they set things up to force a draw to enable a rematch so that they could get a payday they wouldn't have gotten otherwise gotten in a single PPV fight.
