I agree with you for the most part. Although what he did in hes youth is alot more than a mistake and not the kind of thing most people would do at any stage of life, its still unfortunate that hes injured and i wish him well and hope he recovers. Mostly people dont turn their lives around from the depths hed sunk to, and although boxing may have saved him he had to put the work in. But i can also understand some people still feeling anger towards him. But nobody should want to see someone damaged in a boxing ring.If you believe he should be punished for the rest of his life for something he did as a teenager, then look in the mirror and find somebody who’s never made a mistake. If boxing didn't give him a chance then where would he be? Probably in the same gang-life. Same for B-Hop. They turned it around.
Adonis did his time and is now doing charity and helping the youth in his community not to follow the same path he did as a youngster. No one is condoning his past crimes.
Wishing him dead is equally disgusting.Comment

I waited for years the time for Gvozdyk to be Champion.
But s##t, not this way... I never liked Stevenson (disregarding his personal life), i mean as sportman and boxer. Too much hyped... But this is a real sad news and sincerely hope he can recover with no permanent damages. I'm happy and sad at the same time: Gvozdyk deserved victory, he fought smartly and showed superior boxing IQ tonight and raw power, when he needed it, so Cong**** to the new WBC LHW World Champion. At the same time i'm worried for him to end-up in a personal crisis, should something real bad happen to Adonis (see Kovalev after Simakov death). Good luck to both guys, from the bottom of my heart.Last edited by steady_p; 12-02-2018, 05:18 AM.Comment

If strong arming teenage girls into a sex slavery ring is your definition of a "mistake" you have a seriously flawed view on the meaning of the word.
If someone did that to your underage daughter lets see if you forgive him for his "mistake" lmfaoComment
