I feel like there's really only three "A-level" guys in the HW division (maybe 4 if you include Ortiz).

Everyone else is B-level at best, Whyte could easily be replaced on my list with Parker, or Chisora if he gets the W on the 22nd, or Miller if he steps up the competition and succeeds..
