The upset was almost complete. This is where his 3 years of hiatus didn't help, there is a loss of 10% concentration/focus that is needed for the whole 12 rounds in which a sharped great combatant usually can maintain when they regularly fight.

The Tyson Fury who fought Klitchko would be of course no-brainer better version of this and would have been untouchable with this version of Wilder who is clearly outclassed in this fight anyway, his power ultimately saved him though. But in my opinion, the fight is still 12 rounds and Fury got the super majority of it. But this is the usual problem with fighting in your opponents backyard there is this usually one paid judge or a judge who is playing dumb that will score to a-side. Look, before the fight, I thought Wilder will win by a knockout because of tyson's years of sniffing cokes, drinking alcohol and weight ballooning up to 400 lbs, but I was wrong, it is clear that Tyson Fury is by far the better man in this fight, the skill gap is enormous. Remove the knockdowns and people will be saying Fury totally schooled Wilder.

He’s a bum. I think he’s the worst fighter to ever win a title. An awful fighter. Embarrassed how bad he is.

I need to watch the fight but I did expect a wilder win, an early/east one at that. It makes me look deeper at wilder and consider if he really is just overrated

Given Ortiz was unproven (never fought anyone else decent) was the close fight - too close?

How long did he take to finish Molina? Molina even wobbled him? Compare that to Joshua who dismantled him?

He had fury down twice , the second brutally with two mins to go but couldn’t get it finished?

Now, let me repeat that I haven’t watched the fight so I will reserve judgement fully until I have but was a disappointing result from that view.

However look at it another way and a draw was an absolute perfect result for both the sport in general and wilders popularity! How better than to have a rematch and to be able to truly claim it’s a 50/50 fight. I really hope given only 17,000 turned up they consider a fight at wembley though as the atmosphere for 90k would be epic!

I've always posted that a Heavyweight with Boxing skills of a guy like Mike Tyson pre 1990 with slipping and good body work would KO Wilder that Cruiserweight thats coming up will beat him. If you're a lazy Heavyweight who stands up right with no head movement or no Body work than you are taylor made for Wilder

Not a bum by far, but Fury definitely revealed his weaknesses. Too one dimensional, not enough variance of punches & combos, his footwork & head movement was on point, and he was never in danger from Fury's pitty pat flurries, but Fury was landing a lot in the middle rounds.

WIlder's thing is raw athletic speed and ability, the right hand is a natural thing for him, he just needs more than that. I think this is the point where he has to become more of a student of the game than a specimen that can take heads off with one punch.

Also makes you question, is Breland a great trainer? I know he was a helluva fighter.

I think Wilder is a bum and he’s protected. He got his ass kicked by a nobody.

worse than Herbie Hide or Charles Martin???? Worse than Bruce Seldon? Seldon had a very good jab and good technique but he should have been better than he was. He was a guy that I actually though would beat Tyson. No, he's not the worse to ever win a title. No way hahaha
