Wilder may be past his best

I'd heard posters say he stopped lifting weights after he tore his bicep against Arreola which makes sense because if you look at his weight it's steadily declined since then going from 226-222-220-214-212, he's down 14lbs of muscle since his fight with Arreola in mid 2016.

This really changes everything, I give everybody in the HW division a much better chance at beating him. At 6'7 212 you're just not going to be that durable, he's definitely more beatable now than ever.

Lol i hope this won't be an excuse if he loses...

He is in his prime 100%...he looked better than ever vs Ortiz and that was only at 2lbs heavier than he is now.

Wilder is trim and fit. He is much better at his current weight than if he was was a muscle bound freak or a fat piece of lard. In fact Wilder has plenty of muscle and he looks very fit. This isn't bodybuilding and it's not couch potato land. Thin and athletic is where it's at for a fighter to be at their best. Do you think the spare tire that Tyson Fury carries is an advantage? Too many ****ing fatties in the heavyweight division already. If Fury wins this fight it won't be because of Deontay's weight.

A prime comes as a combination of skills, physical strength, experience. Physical prime might be in late 20s, but overall prime comes in mid 30s for most HWs. Wilder is no exception.

Back in his physical prime, he was getting put down by Wlad at training camp and nowhere near ready to take on Fury.

Yes his best was when he was getting outboxed by Szpilka.

                  Interesting theory.
The opposite may be true. Wilder may be faster than ever before.
                  If so,it's a blowout.
                  Hours away.
