Just won the European title at 140 in italy despite his serious disability. He was born with a dislocated shoulder that damaged nerves which means his right arm is 3 inches shorter than his left.

He can barely use his right arm during fights and deserves nothing but respect. The judge that scored the fight 116-112 against Hughes should never judge again by the way.

I remember this Scarpa lad making Ohara Davies look like a formless bum a few years back. At the end of the fight they scored it a shutout to Ohara. Calm down about that dodgey card, at least Hughes got the W.
