His father is a big part of his career and you know this. Bottom line is Danny doesn’t want the fight. He’s obviously aware of the offer by now if he wanted the fight he’d take it.

If rumours are true Crawford does have a terrible fight lined up but at least he’s actively trying to improve his situation. It’s down to the others to nut up and fight him

haymon runs his own boxing program...he has plans for danny...for future fights...that hes setting up....if you are outside of haymons circle and want a fight with one of his fighters you best contact him or sam watson in conjunction with any of that fighters inside camp

you can call angel...but if you dont talk to watson or haymon you havent done anything in regards to truly trying to make the fight

if you dont go to watson or haymon with an offer or even talk to them there is NO OFFER....

Maybe Bud's side was just testing the waters with Danny himself first to see if he was interested in the fight. If he would have been interested proper channels would have been taken. Danny does not seem interested. Lots of potential time saved.

i can see that point of view...and understand it

but if you want to fight danny you have to go to the guy in charge of his career....his advisor...who is the most powerful man in boxing(at least top 3 at worst).....haymon has a good WW crop and has a plan to match them....so if you potentially want to fight danny you might wanna check with al and find out if its something they might be interested in....because al "advises" danny...if al thinks its a good idea then he can convince danny it is.....if the money was worth the risk/fight then they would take it .....danny can make 3 mil against alot of guys

you go through al at the end of the day....hes the "advisor"....if al is interested then danny will be....thats how that works

you dont negotiate with canelos father or floyd sr when canelo or floyd chose you.....you go through the watsons, ellerbe and haymon
