      He obviously isn't.

He has a higher KO% than Povetkin, Whyte, Parker and others considered to be very decent punchers.

"This could be an early one. I really think we can knock this guy out, he’s a little bit sloppy and I think, straight down the middle, Tyson is the bigger puncher of the two."

Is Roach drunk? He doesn't really believe this stuff, right?

Still see Wilder winning by KO

The only way Fury wins this is if he rolls back time becomes the fighter he was 3 years ago and fights a perfect 12 rounds with no mistakes and thats extremely unlikely

IMO fury should be on the pound for pound list. He is highly skilled and has a great boxing mind. He should comfortably beat wilder if he doesn't get caught. Wilder should be nowhere near the pound for pound list. I won't be surprised if the match ends like like the lemieux/saunders match where saunders outboxed the **** out of lemieux and made him look like a novice. It's probably a good thing fury didn't fight wilder back in 2015/2016 as fury was far more active at that time and would destroy wilder easier than klitchko as wilder at that time was more sloppier.

It can happen, i dont think it will. Wilders chin is quite strong and not sure if Fury will land clean enough.

First round KO of Wilder? What is Roach smoking?

I would like to see Tyson really stepping into punch especially if he has Wilder against the ropes.

I’ve always felt he would try and push Wilder back. Seems like the easiest way to avoid the biggest shots. Don’t give him the space and leverage to take your chin off.

If Fury is stronger which surely he should be he could beat Wilder up inside.

Still think Wilder KO is most likely tho

He had aged badly against Larry Holmes. He was just a mere shell of his former self.

I can see the same thing with Tyson Fury today. Many boxing fans are picking Tyson Fury; Even though he looks like the same Tyson Fury but deep down he is really not after that two and a half year exile from the sport. His body is just not the same as it was when he defeated Wladimir Klitschko three years ago. In addition, he is not prepared to fight a Deontay Wilder after challenging two consecutive overachievers at this time. Y'all just wait. You'll see.
This is entirely untrue and you weren't born yet otherwise you would know most boxing fans thought Ali should have retired after the third Frazier fight in 1975. This is typical Wilder fan posting which has no facts , everyone saw how slow and lethargic he looked in the ring along with slurred speech leading up to the fight with Holmes . You have to have be a real dufus to compare Ali who fought Holmes to a young, in shape Fury who will win every round because unlike Holmes , Wilder can't use the jab that good.

Sure, anything can happen in boxing and fury's a big man with a lot of weight to use as leverage for his punches. But come on...a 1st round ko when ortiz, arreola, and stiverne couldnt even drop him once? Lol.

This is like predicting tim bradley to ko spence in the 1st, makes no sense. Its not even fury's style. An outboxer being overly confident and changing his mindset and approach at the last second to take his opponent out early is how you get killed. How many 1st round kos does fury have? He couldnt even knockout the chinny 40 year old wladmir or flat footed journeyman chisora. He didnt drop his 2 bum ass comeback opponents. If fury charges in there looking for an early night he'll find it: you dont beat a tall devastating puncher like wilder by opening up that early when you yourself dont have a lot of power. He'll just give wilder exactly what he wants and leave himself open like an idiot.
