Sometimes. I think risk vs. reward is what comes into to play most times. Look at Andrade. Calling out everyone from 154 - 160 and can't get a big fight. Almost had Saunders but I think he was a mandatory, not sure. Then you have the guys who call everyone out but then never fight them, Stevenson, Tank, Russell Jr., Charlo x2.

Ortiz is a southpaw, any southpaw will always trouble an orthodox fighter. Whether those fighters are good enough to adjust and box with Ortiz is a different story. I remember a few years back, everyone was calling a Ortiz a monster and was being avoided. He was signed with GB and then Hearn at that time, yet as soon as he became a PBC fighter he became some old over rated boxer. Ironically, Jacobs was a glass chin bum who never beat anyone but Kid Chocolate and got dropped by Mora when he was with PBC but somehow became some elite killer after signing with Hearn.

That's true, maybe we wouldn't even be watching this fight on the first if it weren't for that incompetent ref that night vs Ortiz. Oh well, i think Ortiz beats fury too to be honest.
