I take it you have never been hit in the temple like that before....It was no dive.

      Based on what?

I like Ortiz and he might well be, but he's done nothing to suggest he's better than some of those guys. Knocking Jennings out years ago doesn't mean much now.

Chisora and Whyte probably have better wins than Ortiz does.

Ortiz being this top fighter has only ever been pure speculation and guess work. There has never been any evidence to prove it's actually true.

Fury is very correct in his assessment. People keep rating Ortiz as if he is a unified champion of the world. Who had Ortiz fought? His resume is as terrible as Wilder's

          Fury
          AJ
          Povetkin
          Chisora
          Whyte
          Parker

All have better resumes and wins than Ortiz and Wilder. Ortiz is being hyped up to sell Wilder. A joke, a con and a sleepy Pbc propaganda trick

In the slomo, it looks like a dive, no connect.
Not a perfect view though. Malik appears to be unable to get up. So either it affected him or great acting. To me it seems like the latter.

At :37, you can see the left hook land on Scott's right temple, and :58, and 1:10.

I hear this all the time. Who has Ortiz fought? Everyone that was willing to fight him. Name one person he ducked or turned down?

Most recently Whyte called him out, Ortiz accepted and said he would get off the Wilder vs Fury card, then Hearn stepped in to save face for Whyte. Lying that the Chisora fight was set when it was not.

Thank you.I did what you suggest and yes it was all that left hook. I made the mistake of following the announcers who pinned it on the right hand, which hardly landed at all.

Because of his long arms, it looks like Wilder turned his fist and forearm so that it hit him perpendicularly to maximize the force. I posted elsewhere that people do not appreciate Wilder's skills.
