Dana white makes a killing by ripping off ufc fighters but before we only crucify him, let's not pretend like Oscar gives a s*** about Chuck liddell (he couldn't even pronounce his name) or anyone else. Like any promotor he's about making money and he's done so by trying to milk gullible fan bases. He tried to use nostalgia to make money off this farce last weekend and uses the fact that his biggest fighter has a blinded fan base, so he will put out more trash fights than competitive fights because he knows fools will buy into it regardless.

Amen, 100 % agree with everything you said here. That farce last weekend was really sad to see, Chuck looked worse than i imagined and he's lucky he didnt get killed. All so De La Hoya can further his bull**** after boxing mission to save the world. Ha Ha

Yeah, they gave Liddell, Hughes and Griffin jobs that they didn't really have to show up. Griffin was the only one who actually did his job and still has that job today, does media too and other stuff like that although his days as a fighter are behind him

Chuck has said that money doesn't have anything to do with this and I might actually agree, Chuck does love fighting, as does Roy Jones but still not a good idea keeping fighting for too long and needlessly getting hurt again and again. I mean even watching Liddell's entrance one could see that he is not a man who should be fighting.

I figured he was broke, since he decided to on celebrity big brother without knowing how to play the game.

It was a very ridiculous event. Liddell could hardly walk and was in no shape to fight. I side with Mr. White on this one.. I was a fan of De La Hoya during his career, not so much afterwards. He really has turned into a slimeball
