i see a lot of posters like to bring up floyd's age right now but they ignored the fact that when floyd/canelo fought, canelo was still a baby boy lol!

Canelo was 23 with 44 fights and Floyd was a smaller fighter at like 36. On the otherhand those talking about the experience difference are all for Gervonta fighting Loma who has had over 426 amateur fights, is 30 so prime, and the larger fighter.

I don't credit Mayweather too much with his win over Canelo. Canelo was too young and inexperienced. He even looked like a child. Now Mayweather is too old and Canelo would not deserve any credit for beating him. But the chances of them fighting are about zero anyway.

Why do people discredit Mcgregor so much? No, he has no professional boxing experience. But he is an experienced and professional fighter nonetheless. Its not like Mayweather went almost 12 rounds with somebody like you, right? Why Mayweather, who is not known to be a big puncherm wouldn't almost go the distance with Mcgregor? What's so wrong with that? He still got the win, right? Mcgregor has a pretty decent chin and the reason he lost prematurely rather than on points is because of his poor stamina.

I don't think even GGG would have blown away Mcgregor within 2 rounds either.
