I agree with him, sanctions are too soft and im sure lots of cheats are getting through the cracks, until they start properly punishing these guys nothing will change, these cheats dont care about some forum members slagging them off for popping off dirty, its now just wait a few months and off u go again for a lot of them, not right

I'll say it again for all you ignorant, bias duschebags, marijuana is NOT a PED! In fact, if a boxer does smoke weed, I would give them more credit if they are successful in the ring. Weed will negatively affect your balance, coordination and overall mental acuity. How does that qualify it as a PED?
It makes me laugh that someone from Canada would talk about an amateur boxer selling weed like he was pushing heroin or something.

As for *******, marijuana and any other recreational drug, none of that is even remotely relevant to any discussion of peds. Now, if a fight is doing rails in between rounds of a fight that would be a ped. But having a good time days or weeks or months before a fight isn't giving any unfair advantage. In fact, such recreational drug use "out of competition" is a disadvantage for the user. I honestly cannot understand why boxing even wastes money to test for marijuana. It makes zero sense.

Finally someone with some common sense. I question the mental state of anyone who thinks marijuana is a PED or something a boxer should be reprimanded for. What a bunch of clowns.

Gotta agree with you here. There's nothing in Wilder's gloves. Ever since the Panama Lewis/Margarito incident, there has been stricter attention paid to gloves, taping, etc.
