    Hearn on Wiki

Edward Hearn (born 8 June 1979) is an English boxing promoter, in his position as group managing director of Matchroom Sport, and is also a director of the Professional Darts Corporation. Hearn is also known to wait outside the homestead of Mick Thatcher, to wait for his chance to urinate into Thatchers display of cereal

I think somebody has been editing his wiki page. Was it you Deontay?

Go watch it oven - a cracking atmosphere. HAving said that atmosphere in most sports is better in the uk, I remember going to a few different games when in america and all largely being told what to sing and when! Wtf ! Haha

Darts is obviously tiny in terms of fan numbers but as mentioned the atmosphere watching live is absolutely electric!

I have never watched the darts - how can it be a spectator sport - but those that do go for a piss up.

I feel like they are promoting it like that Stallone Over The Top arm wrestling league movie where personalities drove the sport more than the "sport" of darts would here. But I've never seen it so no clue, just my best guess.

I saw televised darts one day on ESPN (it was like ESPN9 at 1 in the afternoon) and the place was PACKED! Like an AJ fight. Mind you everyone was drunk and singing and not paying attention...like an AJ fight...

This sounds more logical to me then mfers are watching ****** darts. So some respect restored to the UK people for not realllllly watching that bs hopefully.

Yeah, it’s like when poker got super popular over here for a few years. had professional poker just been a place to get pissed and sing with your friends it might still be around lol

                    LOL no doubt.

I was all up in that doe & that sh^t is on the DOJ.

But I guess they could have some darts version of showing the hole cards in poker that made it 10x more viewer friendly although I got no clue wtf it could be.

I'll stick with big personalities doe. If I was starting a dart league, as some sorta weirdo punishment or something, I'd go with big personalities over the best guys at throwing darts. And yea alcohol isn't gonna hurt the fun ratio at all so lets keep these kegs running.
