    The opponent for the return of David Tua (44-3-1, 38 KOs) has been named. Tua will face 40-year-old journeyman Edward Gutierrez (15-2). It is said that 16 of Gutierrez's bouts have been in his home state of Illinois, and most of them at local Illonois hotels. [details]

          Well it's not Briggs' fault that he always fought nobodies, he was scheduled to fight Tua but Tua pulled out... he also accepted a fight with Peter but Peter's guys never returned the call after he accepted.
