Carlos was shot by the time he fought Canelo. Why anyone would bring that up as a way to paint a positive picture of him I don't know.

he will always have his critics and nay sayers but I must say watching him progress from when I first heard about him and watched his fight against jose cotto he has progressed a lot and has taken on a lot off challengers that people said he would never compete against..

win or lose I'll continue watching how this guys career continues but so far it's looking good quality in terms off how far he has come even with the few set backs he's had in the past...
