      Razvan Cojanu was just a last minute stand in for Parkers title when Hughie Fury dropped out i think. His only other claim to fame was when he was lined up for an easy touch for Ortiz when he needed a W.

      His record is quite weak.

          thats not entirely true. he has a SD win over Grover Young and likely his best win...a KO over this fellow:

                He's actually lower rated than his previous opponent on boxrec. You could argue similar level -ish but that's about it.
