I'm okay with Canelo winning the second fight, but I most certainly thought the first fight was a bigger Golovkin win than the second fight being a Canelo win.

If Canelo was truly a better fighter, he wouldn't have struggled hard against a guy who is old in boxing standards.
That's so funny that all the sudden now GGG is old. Yet before they fault Canelo was scared and would get out worked and knocked out!!
Old was Bernard Hopkins 35-36 is not old exspecially when you knockout most all your opponents.
When has GGG ever been in a war besides Canelo? He hasn't. He went 12 with Jacobs but GGG didn't take near the punishment with Jacobs as he did with Canelo.
This is what I do not get about you nutt hugging b******.
When not if Canelo whips Charlo it will be Charlo was a v and who did he beat?
When Canelo beats Jacobs it will be Jacobs had no chin yet he survived against GGG.
When Canelo beats Andrade it will be another who has he beat question.
This is my whole point. Canelo will never get credit in a lot of you snowflake's eyes because you either dislike him because he already beat your hero or he is going to beat your hero.
It's cool whatever floats your boat!!
It just gets old same excuse Everytime.
If Canelo jumped up to heavyweight and beat Anthony Joshua you still would not give him credit so do us all a favor. Grow up and just stop hating.

Dude if you were a Canelo fan you wouldn't say half the shiz your saying now. That's about as big as lie as the lie saying GGG won!
Cherry pick a voluntary fight against another champion in a higher weight class? I would think that's anything but a cherry pick.
And the clenbuterol statement is old already. Canelo has never entered camp on any PEDs ever. He is in and has been in year round testing sense 2011. He was not in training camp if he did take it purposely which he did not.
He has never been dirty during a camp or fight so cheating even if the test showed a trace amount really means nothing. 3 months out clenbuterol is a weight cutting agent not a muscle builder.
Your not very bright but go figure.

Keep believing he was clean for the first fight thou your entitled to that opinion.
I believe and the drug test show he was clean for both!! LMAO!
When he tested positive for clenbuterol he was not in camp!
He has never tested positive for a fight or camp but is and has been in year round testing sense 2011.
For those saying he is smaller for the second fight??!!! Your clueless to what you are talking about.
Clenbuterol is a weight CUTTING agent not a mass producing PED! At least learn about the drug your claiming him to be cheating on.
So if he was taking clenbuterol he would be skinnier not thicker!! Learn before you speak. So the 1st fight Canelo was clean as drug test process that. For the 2nd fight test process he was clean then to. Canelo's first fight at 160 was against GGG. So he learned which way he needed his body to be for the 2nd fight. Had nothing in the world to do with PEDs. He didn't have great stamina for the first fight so he chose not to put to much muscle on for the 2nd. That is the only reason he was lighter.
Canelo walks around at 180-185lbs. He is not small never has been. Think he was gaining close to 20lbs as a 154lber between weigh-in and fight night.

Castillo beat Floyd 8 rounds to 4. That's a pretty good beating especially on Floyd. Floyd truly never lost a fight that I watched besides that one. Floyd said he had a hand injury which he was famous for and when they fought a 2nd time Floyd smoked him but Castillo out landed Floyd 2-1 in the First fight and even the HBO Broadcast were saying Floyd got beat.
The closet fight for Floyd sense that fight was Oscar.
Zab put up a decent fight but clearly lost 2nd half. Cotto busted Floyd up but clearly lost. Other then Castillo besides getting robbed he was the only one to beat Floyd.
            So I don't think that's a stretch at all.

Boxing is somehow the only sport where a 36 year old should be performing how he did when he was younger just because he's hardly been in any "wars," despite all the training, sparring, fighting, and the fact that damn near every athlete and normal Joe declines or has already declined noticeably in their mid 30s. Golovkins age has been brought up for a 2-3 years now and it's apparent to many, trainers and boxers included, that he's obviously lost a step. It's comical that guys on here laugh at Gennadys age being brought up.

I agree but the problem is about race simple as that, it never use to be this bad but over the last few years certain fans have come along rooting for a fighter strictly because of race and they start bs like “oh is this guy the greatest ever” yet those same fools just started watching boxing a few years ago. Most of those type of fans are Loma, ggg, kova etc fans.

This place never use to be this bad but like I said it’s gotten pretty bad and it’s hard for you not to get drawn into it.

You said Canelo won both fights but then quote the judges as proof. They gave Canelo a draw in the first fight in which he lost by 4 rounds.

I saw a fight that was hard for Mayweather but he still won 8-4 imo and destroyed Castillo in the rematch. Castillo didn't get robbed. Stop the emotions... Even if it was close, Mayweather won, he's undefeated, he made a ton of money. Castillo lost again.

Except the Smith fight. And when he had signed up recently and failed. Dodged the second test.
