People think that if you don’t KO your opponent in 5 or less, you struggled.

Rememeber, in the last month Bivol, Usuk and Crawford were all “exposed” and the latter two were lucky to get knockouts!

Amateurs these days are all pawed out jabs and short flurries. Bivol never fought like that but he was very stiff in his movement.

Plus from what I've seen of his recent results, he isn't getting any major kos, so the power may not be at world level.

But disappointing considering how much hype he receives.

He’s an excellent technical talent, but he may be a bit undersized compared to the other top guys at 175.

But then again, Pascal is a tough nut to crack. I know he’s old, but hasn’t he only been stopped once by Kovalev? I don’t recall seeing Pascal dropped many times.

He isn't really undersized is he? He stands a bit over 6 feet and has a god physique at the weight. You'd have to explain that one.

As for pascal, no doubt a tough guy, very talented but at this stage, essentially a shot fighter.

Bivol still has that Asian build. He’s more of an endo and he looks bigger due to him being cut up. I think he’d probably fit more at 168 but he’s smart because that’s a garbage division with hardly any money.

Not saying Bivol isn’t a natural LHW. He is, but the way boxing is now is everyone fights 1-2 divisions lower than they should. So he would be the smaller guy against a Beterbiev, Alvarez or Stevenson.

It's the media hypocrisy - Pacquiao wins dominant decisions and the media acted like Pac was declining, has lost his power etc. Floyd and Ward win boring 12 round decisions and they are dominant and nobody mentions them not having much power, etc.

              It's all media bias.

Yeah I agree with the article.
The loss to "Canelo" Alvarez really took Pacal's soul.

LOL @ you trying to slip Crawford in there. Nobody in the media ever criticizes Crawford. In fact, after he beat Postol, in pretty much the same fashion that Bivol beat Pascal, the media said he dominated every second of the fight and is the best lb for lb.
