I think he said he got up to 190 due to total inactivity. That's not unreasonable. Many guys who are ripped at 154 would probably gain 25 to 30 pounds if they ate well and did zero exercise. In the video he says he is 167.
I reckon when training he walks around 175-180 before cutting to 154.
