i dont think at welter he has huge punching power, so even he catches manny with a big punch its unlikely it will knock him out
old man manny still is the higher volume puncher than broner, just more active in general

and when it comes to boxing skill, manny is underrated.. people see masterful boxers/counterpunchers (jmm, mayweather) outpoint manny and think its alot easier than it is. but the truth is many top fighters struggle against his style , and manny has perfected it at this point tbh.. its very effective for him and i dont see broner being able to outbox manny

i think best case scenario for broner, manny looks even worse than he has been and his fastball is another tick slower.. combine that with a lower workrate from manny and you have a competitive fight on your hands..
