Is arum protecting crawford or crawford intentionally signed with top rank again to avoid the top fighter of the PBC?
Is crawford the most protected fighter today?

When will people understand that Crawford still had two years to run on his contract?
Even if he hadn't renewed we'd still be hearing "wrong side of the street" for the next two years.Comment

You could say Arum is protecting him but the truth is the opposite too. PBC ain't gonna negotiate with TR either.
I would definitely say its AJ. He has 3 out of three 4 major belts with no reason to actually fight wilder. Hes young and is gonna try to make the most out of this opportunity and that means make the most money while you can.
Look at his next fight. It's either a rematch with someone he already beat, someone who isnt good, or a "wild card".
We shouldn't care for any of those fights. Wilder is out of the picture and so is fury. He wouldn't be able to face wilder till late 2019 at the earliest and hearn does not want anything to do with Fury.
AJ is protected because hes a huge cash cow. Crawford is not a cash cow. Promoters protect their cash cows.Comment

AJ protected? You could argue he's avoided Wilder, but he has one of the better 21 fight resumes you will come across. You also can't accuse him of doing things which haven't even happened yet...you sound like a hater. You could say Arum is protecting him but the truth is the opposite too. PBC ain't gonna negotiate with TR either.

I love how the fans of this website behave. Say it how it is and if it doesnt fit their delusion they get offended.
Jesus. Or Allah. What the **** ever religion you believe in.
I'm not debating his resume. He beat some good fighters and his resume is good, but let me ask you, do you see him fighter any top contenders anytime soon?
Nope. If I was hearn I wouldn't push it either. AJ was once a hungry young boxer out to prove his worth, but now that hes there, it's not the same. Hearn gonna ride the AJ train as long as he can. Money talks.
Look at Canelo. His resume is better than GGG but they are pretty much the same quality fighter. I'm not gonna debate who won, but any logical objective unbiased fan who loves the sport can tell they're pretty even.
I want to see AJ fight Wilder or Fury or even Miller. But I dont see it happening anytime soon. Imo, hes got easy fights until 2020. Povetkin wasnt even a good fight and Hearn tried to sell the **** out of that fight when we all knew the outcome.
AJ is the best but it doesnt mean he cant be beat. He has a lot of tools, but hes got holes that other HWs could take advantage of. But again, you think were gonna see AJ take these 50/50 fights anytime soon?Comment
