Former WBA lightweight world champion Anthony Crolla is not paying any attention to the critics who believe he's going to be overwhelmed in a potential fight with the current WBA beltholder, Vasiliy Lomachenko. Earlier this month, Crolla won a twelve round unanimous decision over Daud Yordan in a final WBA eliminator - which earned the British boxer a mandatory crack at Lomachenko.

Crolla will end up shocking himself.

Loma is on top of his game.

Come on Anthony Crolla, Jorge Linares consecutively put on TWO masterclass boxing exhibitions against you in Manchester. Vasyl should finish-off what Linares left behind and knock you out, Crolla has NO CHANCE.

Crolla is a nice guy but he is clearly looking for a payday here.

He had a very good career but I think he should retire - he will only decline from now on.

I couldn’t agree more. A good , honest guy. He even said “I don’t want to be disrespectful and call Loma out but I would love the fight”.

It will be so one sided but if he is mandatory you can not blame him for calling for the fight

I would say he actually deserves a retirement payday in a way.

But I'd hate to see him get totally schooled by Lomochenko.

At 32 years old, he should hang them up VERY soon IMO.
